Impact meets on Wednesdays during term time between 4.30 and 6pm and provides the opportunity for those who have gone on to different high schools to return, on familiar ground, and meet up with old friends and experience some energetic games and team challenges. The “food station” is as popular as ever – and the members devour everything on offers.

We are now based at the  Methodist Church,  where we are able to use their Sports Hall and foyer. David and Hettie Taberner, employed by the SSWT (Southport School Workers’ Trust) and Linda lead the group.

Impact has now become an ecumenical youth club for the village.

The children from our School’s Year 6 will be invited to attend a couple of “Sampler Sessions” during the final half term as part of a “Supaclub Xtra”, meeting on Monday afternoons after school and then integrate into IMPACT and thus assist in their transition to their different high schools in September.
